从深海到海岸，科学认知如何变成气候行动？

在“跨界聚力・气候同行”主题边会深海板块，金砖深海中心主任陶春辉将携手IOC-UNESCO副主席阿默尔·扎卡利亚·哈穆达、埃及国家海洋与渔业研究所副所长苏珊·埃尔格拉巴维等伙伴，聚焦“深海认知—国际合作—行动链条—海岸韧性”，以深海资源与环境平衡探索为基础，贯通深海观测、海岸预警、南南能力建设和公众海洋素养，推动深海科学认知转化为跨界协同的气候行动。

From deep-sea to coastline: how can scientific knowledge become climate action?

In the thematic side event “Cross-sector Synergy · Climate Action Together”, Tao Chunhui, Director of the BRICS Deep-Sea Resource International Research Center, will join partners including Amr Zakaria Hamouda, Vice-President of IOC-UNESCO, and Suzan Elgharabawy, Vice President of Egypt's National Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries (NIOF), to focus on the pathway of “deep-sea knowledge – international cooperation – actions – coastal resilience.” Grounded in exploring a balance between deep-sea resources and the environment, the discussion will connect deep-sea observation, coastal early warning, South-South capacity building, and public ocean literacy, translating deep-sea scientific knowledge into cross-sector climate action.
