潘岳同志简历

潘岳，男，1960年4月出生，汉族，江苏人，副研究员。

　　1976年－－1982年，在解放军第三十八集团军、铁道兵第十三师服役；1982年－－1986年，任经济日报资料员、中国环境报记者组组长；1986年－－1988年，任国家空中交通管制局研究室副主任兼机关团委书记；1988年2月－－1988年12月，任北京房山区委外联处处长兼外经委副主任；1988年12月－－1989年12月，任中国技术监督报社副总编辑；1989年12月－1993年2月，任中国青年报副总编辑；1993年2月－－1994年5月，任团中央中国青年研究中心主任；1994年5月－－1998年3月，任国家国有资产管理局副局长；1998年3月－－2000年1月，任国家质量技术监督局副局长；2000年1月－－2003年3月，任国务院经济体制改革办公室副主任；2003年3月，任国家环境保护总局副局长，党组成员。

Pan Yue, Vice Minister

Male, born in April, 1960 in Jiangsu Province. Han Nationality, Associate Researcher.

From 1976 to 1982, he served in the 38th Group Army of the PLA and the 13th Division of Railway Corps. From 1982 to 1986, he worked as documenter of Economy Daily and then Journalist Group Leader in China Environment Daily. From 1986 to 1988, he was Deputy Director of Research Section and concurrently Secretary of the CYL Committee in the State Administrative Bureau of Aerial Transportation. From February to December of 1988, he worked as Section Chief of International Liaison Division in Committee of Fangshan District, Beijing and Vice Director General of the Foreign Trade and Economic Committee. From December,1988 to December,1989, Vice Chief Editor of China Technical Supervision Newspaper Office. From December, 1989 to February, 1993, Vice Chief Editor of China Youth Daily. From February, 1993 to May, 1994, he worked as Director General of China Youth Research Center. From May, 1994 to March, 1998, he was Vice Administrator of the State Administrative Bureau of State-Owned Assets. From March, 1998 to January, 2000, he worked as Vice Administrator of the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. From January, 2000 to March, 2003, he was Vice Director of Office for Economic Restructuring of the State Council. In March of 2003, he was appointed as Vice Minister of the State Environmental Protection Administration and was elected as member of the CCP group in SEPA.
